Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreement(s) and to provide administrative/operating expenses, including but not limited to, rehabilitation, maintenance, operation, insurance, utilities, furnishings, homeless prevention and essential services and other miscellaneous expenses associated with the Emergency Shelter Grant funds, at a cost not to exceed $749,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with agencies that operate Emergency Shelters and drop-in centers for the homeless in the City of Pittsburgh, so as to provide for the payment of rehabilitation, maintenance, operations, insurance, utilities, furnishings, homeless prevention, essential services and other miscellaneous expenses of said agencies, at a cost not to exceed $744,950.00, chargeable to and payable from the Emergency Shelter Grant Program "ESGP Trust Fund":

SECTION 2.                     The Director of the Department of City Planning is hereby authorized to charge from time to time, to the ESGP Trust Fund, costs related to the administration of the Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a total cost not to exceed $4,050.00 chargeable to and payable from the "ESGP Trust Fund":
