Resolution adopting Plan Revision to the City of Pittsburgh's Official Sewage Facilities Plan for Eastside Limited Partnership III land development located on or about 6118 Penn Circle South, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15206.
Body
WHEREAS, SECTION 5 of the Act of January 24, 1966, P.L. 1535, No. 537, known as the "Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act," as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (the “Department”) adopted thereunder, Chapter 71 of Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Code, requires the City of Pittsburgh to adopt an Official Sewage Facilities Plan (the “Official Plan”) providing for sewage services adequate to prevent contamination of waters of the Commonwealth and/or environmental health hazards from sewage wastes, and to revise said plan whenever it is necessary to determine whether a proposed method of sewage disposal for a new development conforms to a comprehensive program of pollution control and water quality management; and

WHEREAS, Eastside Limited Partnership III has proposed the development of all those certain parcels of land owned by Eastside Limited Partnership III and being located in the Seventh Ward (7th) of the City of Pittsburgh, Count of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, commonly known and numbered as the following Lots and Blocks: 84-F-183, 84-F-183-1, 84-G-27, 84-F-27-1 84-G-26, 84-G-14-1, 84-G-14 & 84-C-55, 84-C-57, 84-C-8, 84-C-10, 84-C-500, 84-C-72 and 84-C-74 and more particularly described in the attached Sewage Facilities Planning Module (the "Planning Module") for land development and Eastside Limited Partnership II proposes that the development be served by a sewer tap-in to the City of Pittsburgh sewage systems; and

WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh Water Sewer Authority, the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, the City of Pittsburgh Planning Department and the Allegheny County Health Department have reviewed the...
