Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 532, effective September 24, 1998, entitled "Authorizing and directing the City Controller to deposit all proceeds received from the outdoor advertising on bus shelters into the "Shade Tree Trust Fund," is hereby repealed in its entirety.
