Resolution repealing Resolution #459, effective May 1, 1992 entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Oakland Transportation Resource Center to provide administrative/operating support to the Agency in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00."

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution #459, effective May 1, 1992, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the city Solicitor, with the Oakland Transportation Resource Center in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 1992 Community Development Block Grant Program, Project No. 500000-2610-110000-C1992-2258400-1997.

Is hereby repealed.
