Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,400.00 warrant in favor of M. Ellen Tarpey & John Battaglia, 374 Roup Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15232, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage from city tree roots at 374 Roup Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15232, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
