Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a contract or agreement, or use of existing contract or agreement with MAS Financial Advisory Services, LLC and Davenport & Company LLC for the purpose of providing municipal advisory services to the City for a period of three years (2019, 2020, 2021).  The firm will advise on all matters associated with debt issuance, debt restructuring, debt policies and debt management.
