WHEREAS, the Greenfield Community Association is a non-profit organization that works to provide community services to the Greenfield neighborhood; and

WHEREAS, founded in 2012, the mission of the Greenfield Community Association is fund, support, develop, and enhance community spirit, volunteerism, athletic activities, and philanthropy among the citizens of Greenfield.

WHEREAS, Greenfield Community Association desires to conduct a plunger raffle for the demolition of the Greenfield Bridge to generate funds to offset event expenses and create a fund to support businesses and recreational opportunities.
