Title

An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Section 912.03.2 to provide provisions for Nonresidential Accessory Uses and Structures in Nonresidential Districts, with respect to fences, walls and retaining walls.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Amending The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Section 912.03.2 to provide provisions for Nonresidential Accessory Uses and Structures in Nonresidential Districts, with respect to fences, walls and retaining walls as follows:

The following accessory uses, activities and structures shall be permitted by-right in nonresidential districts:
