Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Watkins, Dulac & Roe, P.C. and Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, LLP, 2 Gateway Center, Pittsburgh, PA  15222 in the amount of $450,000.00 in full and final settlement of an action filed at CA 00-1793 and appealed at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit at 03-2785, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget year 2004.
