Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of EMCOR Services Scalise Industries, in an amount not to exceed twenty four thousand four hundred and ninety five dollars and twenty eight cents ($24,495.28), in payment of repairs to the Schenley Ice Skating Rink chiller system; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the ARAD Trust Fund, 5000280400.54201.00 Item 562100 in Budget Year 2016, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
