Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of  General services, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of Three Pickup trucks, and related accessories to include but not limited to; light bars, radios, and hopper dumps, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed seventy five thousand dollars ($75,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 8710, Org. 420000, Account 525500, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2004, Department of Public Works.
