Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. 

The Mayor is hereby Authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $10,000.00 warrant in favor of Daedalus Inc., 205-3 Arlington Street, Watertown, MA 02472, in settlement of a claim in which claimant provided the conservation treatment of the Stephen Foster memorial statue at Forbes Avenue and Schenley Drive, in connection with the Mayor's Neighborhood Needs program; chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 5100, Org 102000, Subclass 350, Project/Grant N226008, Budget Year 2002.
