The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1D-M, Residential Single-Unit Detached, Moderate Density District to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District all that certain property identified as:

Block Number 125-B, Lot Numbers 234, 236, 238 and 239; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 12^th Ward.
