Title

Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with a Court Reporter(s) or for the taking of testimony at Civil Service Commission and Appeals Board hearings,  and providing for  payment of the cost thereof.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of  Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Court Reporter(s) for the taking of testimony at Civil Service Commission and Appeals Board hearings.  Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000), are chargeable to and payable from Account 526100 (Miscellaneous Professional Services), Fund 1000, Sub Class 150, Organization Code 109000, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
