Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, are hereby authorized to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)’s Local Share Account Statewide Keystone Communities Grant program, to provide funding for the construction of a maintenance facility in the Fourth Division. The grant proposal includes an ask of ONE MILLION ($1,000,000.00) to provide funding for the construction of a maintenance facility in the Fourth District.
