Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Director or General Services, on behalf of the Mayor of Pittsburgh, City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, for Fleet Management and consulting services for the Department of General Services, Bureau of Fleet Management, at a cost not to exceed sixty thousand dollars, ($60,000.00), chargeable to, and payable from the Department of General Services, Fund 1000, Org.124000, Sub-Class 120, Budget Year 2003, account 543000, amount $60,000.
