Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), for the creation of Financial Empowerment Centers to provide all city residents with the opportunity to access one-on-one financial coaching services, chargeable to and payable from account 11101.102100.53.53901.2019.
