Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP for professional consulting and legal services in relation to an action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed at 2:15-cv-00555, chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2015.
