Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Ruthven Street Retaining Wall; providing for payment of costs thereof, not to exceed a total of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($1,225,765.24), an increase of Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($295,328.24) from the previously enacted authorization, fully reimbursable at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh; and further amending Resolution No. 857 of 2023 by increasing SLOPE FAILURE REMEDIATION by Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($295,328.24).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Ruthven Street Retaining Wall project providing for payment of costs thereof, not to exceed a total of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($1,225,765.24), an increase of Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($295,328.24) from the previously enacted authorization, fully reimbursable at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh. Reimbursements will be deposited into 6091031424.45107.00
Section 2. Resolution No. 857 of 2023 effective December 27, 2023, as amended, which presently reads as Current Budget Amount, is hereby amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
