Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, and the Chief Urban Affairs Officer of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Pittsburgh Association for the Education of Young Children (“PAEYC”) to provide professional services related to the establishment of a strong a comprehensive early learning system for the City in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00).

Section 2:                     The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the following account:

$40,000.00 from 11101.53.53101.102100.2017, Item #1158

Section 3:                     Said Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
