Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to transfer its rights, title and interest, if any, to certain property in the City of Pittsburgh, Block 175-B, Lots 89A, 90A-104-107-112-114 & 211, to the School District of Pittsburgh for the proposed Homewood Elementary School.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The proper officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a Quit Claim deed in form approved by the City Solicitor to the School District of Pittsburgh conveying all rights, title and interest, if any, of the City in the following property upon terms hereinafter setforth:
