Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or use an existing agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for professional services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of  development of standards for the City Ordinance on Noise Control., in an amount not to exceed $20,100 chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
