Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Environmental Coordination Services and Recycling, Inc. for the purpose of providing electronic waste collection and recycling services for all City residents. The funds that will be used to pay for this initiative will be paid from the following account(s):
