Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Resolution No. 24, effective February 14, 2003, which presently reads as follows:
 
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the city solicitor, with non-profit organizations for the implementation of a "Public Inebriate Program" at a cost not to exceed $120,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
 
Public Intoxication Initiative
500000-2610-110000-C2001-2267083-2001            $60,000.00
 
Anti-Public Intoxication Initiative
500000-2610-110000-C2002-2267083-2002            $60,000.00
 
IS HEREBY REPEALED
