Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the National Association of City Transportation Officials Inc. (“NACTO”) to provide membership dues from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 in the amount of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), chargeable to and payable from 11101.600000.53.53301.2026.
