Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services or the Director of City Information Systems, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Contracts or Agreements for the purchase of services, supplies, and equipment for the computer aided dispatch system at the Emergency Operations Center. The total cost shall not exceed One Hundred and Sixty-Eight Thousand Dollars, ($168,000) payable from Fund 2454, Org. No. 213000, Subclass 600, Account 525100, Budget Year 2004, Emergency Operations Center, Department of Public Safety.
