Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreements(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning, design and/or rehabilitation costs for the North Shore Underpasses and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Code Account 500000, Fund 2610, Org 102000, Subclass C2002, Project Grant 2267060, Budget Year 2002.
