Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Borough of Munhall for the purpose of mutually cooperating in street operations, snow, and/or ice services, at no cost to the City.

WHEREAS, an exchange of services includes but are not limited to street sweeping, salt storage, and/or snow and/or ice assistance; and

 

WHEREAS, such services shall encompass areas of the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh and areas of the Borough of Munhall.

 

 

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Borough of Munhall for the purpose of mutually cooperating in street operations, snow, and/or ice services, at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2.                     The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
