Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal, Article VII, Business Related Taxes, Chapter 245, Earned Income Tax, by fixing the rate of interest on certain delinquent Earned Income Taxes for [2002] 2003.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 245.03(e) of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended as follows:

      "245.03(e) INTEREST FOR [2002] 2003

The interest to be paid under Section 245.03(e) hereof for the year [2002] 2003 is six percent (6.0%).
