Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000) to conduct a City of Pittsburgh LGBTQ+ Context Statement.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historic Commission in order to receive a grant award of Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400544.45505.00. Matching money from the City’s Capital Budget shall total Seven Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($7,500).
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed of Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000) chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in Grants Trust Fund job number 1129400544. The matching money account is Seven Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($7,500) from the Cultural Heritage Plan Implementation account 1173830019.
Total project costs shall not exceed Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500).
