Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City, are now authorized to enter into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) in order to design, construct and maintain a green stormwater infrastructure project, Woods Run Stream Removal - Phase 1 Project upon the City’s property in Riverview Park.
