Resolution amending Resolution 696-2023 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Finance to extend the sublease agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh ("HACP") for City Office space at 100 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for a twenty-two (22) month period effective on or about September 1, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2025, at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred and Sixteen Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($316,250.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution 696-2023, entitled "The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a lease, leases, sublease and/or subleases for approximately
8,000 square feet, from the lessor, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, for the purpose of providing office space for City employees, located within the City of Pittsburgh's First Ward at 100 Ross Street, 15219, Lot number 2-J-00244, effective on or about September 1, 2023 for a six (6) month period, and providing for the payment thereof in an amount not to exceed Eighty-six Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($86,250.00)" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a lease, leases, sublease and/or subleases for approximately 8,000 square feet, from the lessor, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, for the purpose of providing office space for City employees, located within the City of Pittsburgh's First Ward at 100 Ross Street, 15219, Lot number 2-J-00244, effective on or about September 1, 2023 for a six (6) twenty-two (22) month period, and providing for the payment thereof in an amount not to exceed Eighty-six Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dolla...
