Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services in connection with the Schenley Golf Course Enhancement Program with City bond money. Cost not to exceed 100,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the Schenley Golf Course Enhancement Program with City bond money. Cost not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). The total cost shall be chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 5100, Organization 500000, Subclass PGHPR, Project/Grant #2238452, Budget Year 2003 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
