Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.        The Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a cooperation agreement with Friends of the Riverfront for the repaving of Hazelwood Trail, located between Blair Street and the Hot Metal Bridge. The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work is One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00). Funds received to be deposited into JDE Job #6059050626.
