Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of the Aramark Sports & Entertainment, for costs associated with the Leaders Convening - Recognition of Operational Performance Excellence Luncheon in an amount not to exceed FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND THIRTY-EIGHT CENTS ($5,764.38), chargeable to and payable from the following JDE Account:
