Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 713/2013, as further amended by Resolution 215/2014, is hereby amended as follows:

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby calls upon the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh to appoint a Public Schools Task Force, comprised of Twenty three (23) members plus one (1) ex officio member, as follows:
? two (2) members from the Pittsburgh School Board: one being a minority;
? three (3) members from the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers, of which two (2) shall be current teachers employed by the Board of Education
? one (1) member from the Pittsburgh School District;
? one (1) member from the Mayor's Office;
? four (4) members from City Council (North, South, East, West);
? one (1) member from the City Controller's Office;
? two (2) members from foundations;
? two (2) members from public education advocacy groups: one representative shall be from a special education advocacy group--and one representative shall be independent of foundation funding, and of the two representatives one shall be a minority;
? four (4) members from the community at large: at least one representative shall be from a minority community, one representative shall be a current parent, and at least one representative shall be from the Faith Based community;
? three (3) students of Pittsburgh Public Schools: two (2) representatives shall be a minority, and each of the three representatives shall be from geographically diverse schools; and
