Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Resolution No. 756 effective November 18,2002, which presently reads as follows:
 
            The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories and amounts for the 1990 Community Development Block Grant Program.
