Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Racunas Law Group, LLC for legal consultation services in connection with legal issues related to transportation and infrastructure, for an amount not-to-exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($25,000.00) over one (1) year, chargeable to and payable from account:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
