Resolution amending resolution 880 of 2025 which reappropriated 2025 Seven Million Dollars ($7,000,000.00) of funds into 2026 to pay for 2025 Pittsburgh Water service costs when true-up calculations are finalized, by reducing the amount reappropriated by One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the City Controller are hereby authorized and directed to reappropriate Seven Six Million Dollars ($7,000,000.00) ($6,000,000.00) as follows:
$6,000,000 from Finance 11101.107000.82.82101.2025 - “Interest Expense - Bonds”
$1,000,000 from Public Works - Administration 11101.410000.54.54609.2025 - “Water”
$7,000,000 ($6,000,000.00) to Public Works - Administration 11101.410000.54.54609.2026 - “Water”
Section 2. Said funds shall only be used to pay for direct costs to Pittsburgh Water for 2025 services, as detailed in the annual true-up documentation.
