Resoltuion granting unto Benjamin Maguire,Emerge Real Estate LLC, 1208 Mifflin Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15218, his successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at his own cost and expense, a private sewer lateral on Edmond Street for 4714 Penn Avenue in the 8th Ward, 7th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Benjamin Maguire, Emerge Real Estate LLC, 1208 Mifflin Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15218, his successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at his own cost and expense, a private combination sewer lateral (six inch (6") storm and four inch (4") sanitary line on Edmond Street for 4714 Penn Avenue, Allegheny County Lot & Block 50-J-116, extending approximately one hundred (100) linear feet from property line to existing fifteen inch (15") public sewer main. Grantee must adhere to all requirements set forth by Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority (PWSA;) Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) and remain a member of the PA One Call System, in the 8th Ward, 7th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-818 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
Section 3. The encroachment herein granted shall be subject and subordinate to the rights of the City of Pittsburgh and its powers and supervision over City streets, and also to ...
