Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreement(s) and to provide administrative/operating expenses, including but not limited to, rehabilitation, maintenance, operation, insurance, utilities, furnishings, homeless prevention and essential services and other miscellaneous expenses associated with State Emergency Solutions Grant funds, as allocated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at a cost not to exceed $241,608.00.

Be it revolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with agencies that operate State Emergency Shelters and drop-in centers and other services for homeless in the City of Pittsburgh, so as to provide for the payment of rehabilitation, maintenance, operations, insurance, utilities, furnishings, homeless prevention, essential services and other Miscellaneous expenses of said agencies, at a cost not to exceed $241,608.00, chargeable to and payable from the State Emergency Solutions Grant Program “SESGP Trust Fund”.
