Resolution amending Resolution 881 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement with Eastern Research Group, Inc. for recycling education and outreach services, to extend the term, expand the scope of work, and allocate additional funding in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Two Dollars ($14,492.00), for a new not to exceed total of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Two Dollars ($114,492.00) over a period of one (1) year.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 881 of 2025, entitled Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Eastern Research Group, Inc. to provide recycling education outreach services in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) over a period of one (1) year is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto, with Eastern Research Group, Inc for recycling education and outreach services to extend the term, expand the scope of work, and allocate additional funding in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Two Dollars ($14,492.00), for a new not to exceed total of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Two Dollars ($114,492.00) over a period of one (1) year, appropriated from the following code accounts.

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and Amendments thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
