Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of D'Appolonia Engineering Division of Ground Technology, Inc., 275 Center Road, Monroeville, PA 15146, in amount not to exceed Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($2,355.25) for professional engineering consulting services in connection with the Blair v. City of Pittsburgh litigation without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2011.
