Section 1.                     resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of chartiers valley district flood control authority in an amount not to exceed one hundred seventeen thousand two hundred four dollars and zero cents ($117,204.00) over one year, relating to full and final settlement of a case filed in the allegheny county court of common pleas at g.d. 21-013484, chargeable to and payable from 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
