Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or use an existing agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for professional services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of purchasing sound level monitoring equipment and providing training for the enforcement of the City Ordinance on Noise Control at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
