Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to accept a donation of TWO-HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000) from Carnegie Mellon University for the design and construction of playground improvements at Four Mile Run Playground in Greenfield and Lewis Playground in Hazelwood. Donated monies shall be deposited into JDE account string 4510020222.48106.00.
