Authorization is hereby requested for Jeffrey J. Ruder, a non-City employee (under contract as the Commission's housing attorney) to attend a mandatory Fair Housing-Fair Lending Legal Seminar for Attorneys in Washington, DC, June 15 - 17, 2004. The Conference is sponsored by the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development and is required training for all FHAP agency attorneys. Anticipated costs will not exceed $950.00 payable from the HUD Trust Fund. PEOPLESOFT account information is as follows:
