Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following item in Resolution Number 805, effective December 7, 2023, authorizing the sale of a property in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, is hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded, as the property was redeemed by the original owner. Item L: 707-709 Elkton Street, 20-S-171(COUNCIL DISTRICT: 2)
