Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 976 effective January 1, 1996, as amended, entitled "Adopting and Approving the 1996 Capital Budget and the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program" by reducing the line item "Grant/Liberty" by $14,488 and creating two new line items. $10,000 for "In-Line Skate/Skateboard Parks (2)" and $4,488 for "Hazelwood Historic Farm House" as part of the Mayor's Neighborhood Needs Supplement.
