WHEREAS, we honor the young students that have shown remarkable dedication to their community through service; and
WHEREAS, these young students exhibits the very best, overcoming the peer pressures and negative influences to become positive, caring role models in the community; and
WHEREAS, Bryan Moore, a sixth-grader at Homewood Montessori Elementary, is considered the school's internal helper. He consistently helps the teachers and peers whenever possible, including donating time to the Salvation Army, Downtown on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Bryan also loves to help out his neighbors whenever he can; and
WHEREAS, Bryan enjoys all of his classes, but reading 180 is his favorite. He has kissing fish and he likes to play all kinds of ball. Bryan attends church every Sunday including confirmation class every Monday night.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh recognize and commends Bryan Moore for their outstanding contributions to their communities in the City of Pittsburgh at such a young age.
